The Dynahi employs an elegant, fully discreet, minimal feedback, super symmetry topology, with DC offset nullifiying servo. Neutral, transparent sound signature against a pitch black background. For more sonic reviews, kindly Google "Dynahi".
My version is built with full hand-matched new-old-stock Toshiba transistors with audiophile grade capacitors tuned for the most accurate time reproduction.
Power supply is based on sigma22 design from AMB Labs with dual shielded 100W toroidal transformers. You can't find any headphone amp more powerful than this. It eats the Susvara for breakfast and HD800 for snacks.
Default gain set to 7 since anything more would be too overkill for your ears. Massive heatsinks for high bias at 700mA, dual 30V voltage rails. Its little brother Dynalo runs at 350mA 18V and is commercially available as the GS-XmkII for much more at Headamp with raving reviews. (I build Dynalo too. Check out my other listings.) So go figure how much this special all-Japanese-sand Dynahi is worth.
Default options: Dual Mono, dual chassis, 1 pair of balanced input and single ended input, 1 balanced output, Alps 4-gang RK27 volume pot, mainline EMI filter, shielded toroidal transformer, dual 30V voltage rails, sigma22 power supply.
Upgrades: stepped volume attenuator (+50), removal of volume attenuator (-30), Toshiba matched BJT or JFET inputs (+25*/50), gain switch (+30), power LED colour (yellow, green, blue, red, free of charge)
